Return Timeframe

Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery for faster resolution.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged or defective.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

The request is made after 7 days from delivery.
The product has been used, installed, altered, or tampered with.
The item was marked as non-returnable or customized at the time of purchase.
The product is sent back without prior authorization.

Important:
Do not send products back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping only for approved cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions or arrange a pickup where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available. If you require a different product, you may return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once an order has been dispatched or installation has been scheduled, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery if eligible.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
